Our Story

Jack James Ellisdon and Scott Andrew Martin grew up together from the age of 14. Both with a passion for quality and service, they founded JJAM in August 2020.

Jack studied in Switzerland, and returned to London to work with Dorchester Collection Hotels for over 8 years. Initially focusing on the restaurant industry at Coworth Park, he then moved to the corporate office, for Sales and Marketing with all 10 hotels. Event management and operations at The Dorchester then became a focus, prior to looking after all UK domestic sales for The Dorchester, 45 Park Lane and Coworth Park.

 

Having studied hospitality management in New York, Scott focused on Private Members' Clubs across North America and hotels in Canada. Upon returning to London he opened Firmdale’s Ham Yard Hotel, managed F&B outlets at Beaverbrook, launched IT London, and opened the new Annabel’s. Most recently, he was Director of F&B at InterContinental Park Lane.
